An engaging humancentric leadership coach and creative facilitator, award-winning communicator, transformation specialist, entrepreneur, advocate, podcast host and unapologetic optimist, who is dedicated to helping people achieve success that honours people, planet and profits.

 
  • Anne-Marie is a world class leadership and executive coach, transformation expert, and engagement consultant. She specialises in delivering programmes rooted in humancentricity as a strategic approach for sustainable success in business, leadership and society.

    Anne-Marie has enjoyed a successful career in leadership and communications spanning more than 25 years, including board level positions in some of the world’s premier healthcare PR agencies. As a result, she knows first-hand the challenges that come with leading a business in a highly competitive and regulated environment –while also trying to be profitable, empowering to others, and authentic to yourself.

    This work is combined with 20 years of professional coaching experience. All of which, reinforced her desire to help leaders, teams and organisations master the balance between achieving the hard-hitting financial results necessary to survive in the moment, while nurturing the cultures and capabilities required to develop thriving, sustainable organizations, people and communities for the future. So, in 2009, she founded Ruby Red Coaching & Consulting® to help leaders, teams and changemakers succeed with humanity.

    In addition to her years in international management, marketing, and advocacy, Anne-Marie has acquired advanced certifications and experience in behavioural psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, coaching, and organizational change. She regularly combines her diverse background and creative curiosity to provide a uniquely imaginative and multi-dimensional approach to leadership, development and change. Her work regularly challenges habitual thinking, builds courage, drives personal accountability and empowers diversity and inclusivity.

    A lifelong advocate for gender equality, Anne-Marie founded The Feminist Coaching Collective, a non-profit initiative to support women’s advancement in UK politics.

    From start-ups to the established Fortune 50; emerging leaders to CEOs, Anne-Marie is inspiring a new breed of courageous, compassionate, humancentric leadership.

    A native New Yorker who has lived in Europe for almost 30 years, Anne-Marie now lives in the London ‘burbs where she’s still experiencing urban withdrawal symptoms. She shares her life with her husband, the author Matt Killeen, her miracle human son and neurotic canine daughter.

  • Di lives and works by the principle that diversity is a fact; but inclusion is a choice.

    For over 30 years Di has enjoyed supporting individuals, teams and organisations to become more inclusive in their practice. She believes that everyone has the right to live an authentic life, unlimited by the prejudice of others or by their own self-limiting beliefs.

    Di branched into consultancy 20 years ago. Since then she has delivered over 1500 diversity & inclusion related workshops and interventions to organisations as varied as the NHS, the Scottish and UK Parliaments, Motor Industry, Financial Services Sector, Manufacturing organisations and the Education Sector.

MARSHAH DIXON-TERRY
Leadership & Transformation

  • Marshah is an Executive Career Coach with expertise and substantial experience in change and transformation.

    An Animas qualified and EMCC accredited coach, she works with a range of leaders in organisations to achieve great outcomes. Clients span several sectors including policing, health, higher education, investment banking, media, gaming, retail, charities and the arts.

    Marshah is passionate about taking a holistic approach to her coaching practice; supporting clients to reach their full potential and maximise opportunities to achieve the change that they want.

    Her extensive career in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Organisation Design spanned across different sectors where she worked in a range of HR strategic leadership roles.

    A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Marshah has contributed to many HR publications. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and graduated with a Law & Politics degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.

Engagement

  • Strategy, empathy and delivery are the backbone of Madeleine’s working practices.

    Madeleine has been a Global Director and communications advisor to HR Chief Executives, advising a broad range of professional from C-Suite to recent grads.

    As a communications specialist with over 20 years experience, she’s delivered everything from large-scale projects within complex multi-nationals to tailored communication solutions for community initiatives. Her sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, media, charity, primary industry and technology.

    Madeleine has a Diploma in Counselling Skills, Level 3 and is currently studying towards a Masters in Psychotherapy.

  • Kat is a successful vitality coach and entrepreneur who has lived experience of boardroom brilliance and burnout.

    Kat’s mission is to make a significant impact on the lives of all women, guiding them to embrace their authentic voices and sky-rocket their careers; powerfully, boldly and with resiliency.

    Over the last 13 years Kat has coached and mentored hundreds of women from across the globe to become the vital leaders were destined to be.

    She has thousands of followers via her social media and network channels and is regularly featured in publications and online outlets.
