OUR PROGRAMMES
Leadership Coaching for Women in Politics
Individual coaching to help you lead hearts and minds toward sustainable change.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…
Step 01: Objective setting
Kick off session to establish goals and objectives for your coaching programme.
Step 2: Welcome
You’ll receive a comprehensive and personalised Welcome Pack, including our Ruby Red Evolved Thinking Kit with tools to spark insight, and boost innovative and creative thinking.
Step 03: Coaching programme
Coaching programme. Typically includes 6, 9 or 12 tailored 90-120 minute sessions. Additional check-ins and progress assessments at the half-way and end points.
Step 4: Logisitics
Coaching sessions can be held in person, by phone or via video.
Step 05: Bonus
As a Ruby Red coaching client, you‘ll have access to your coach via email throughout the programme. You’ll also be granted complimentary access to one of our masterclasses, which we host throughout the year around a variety of specialist topics.

Women in UK Politics
We’re investing in our collective future. If you’re a woman considering running for office you may be eligible for pro-bono political leadership coaching via The Feminist Coaching Collective for Emerging Women Leaders in Politics.

This not-for-profit initiative is fully dedicated to supporting women’s advancement as political leaders throughout the UK.
We provide coaching and development services to women candidates running for elected office for the first time, or those running again following a defeat. As a nonpartisan and volunteer-run initiative, we offer these services to women candidates running for any elected office, affiliated with any political party that fully supports diversity, inclusion, equality, and parity in every aspect of society.
This work is provided by world-class Leadership and Executive Coaches who volunteer their time and expertise on a pro-bono basis.
