Humans are multifaceted, complex organisms. We are formed by the combination of our past and present relationships and experiences. These form our capabilities, values & expectations and we bring these to work, home and play. Therefore, I believe that the compartmentalisation of the coaching experience, between ‘life’ and ‘career’, can slow progress and limit success. My approach is to acknowledge the individual as a complete, integrated and dynamic whole. When I work with you I’m working with all of you to create your ideal working life worth living.
Ultimately, I work with my clients to find the right synergy between their PURPOSE, PASSIONS and POTENTIAL, as well as their critical business and/or personal goals. However this is not a one-size-fits-all system.
Each of my clients has dramatically different levels of self-awareness, needs, aims and resources. When I work with them to crystallise their understanding of success and to shape their vision and approach, we do so in line with their unique personal style and values. Therefore, the structure and content of the coaching session is individually tailored. I use a robust questioning strategy designed to help the person or team I’m working with reach their core insights and results as quickly as possible. I also employ a wealth of creative tools and exercises to help them find and explore their own true voice – while having a lot of fun in the process.
“Without continuous personal development, you are now all that you will ever become, and hell starts when the person you are meets the person you could have been.”,
I work in partnership with my clients to give them the space to test ideas and try out new thinking, no matter how obscure or zany, exploring all possibilities without fear of failure or judgment.
The type of coaching work my clients often come to me for includes (but is not limited to):
I work with my clients to find the right synergy between their PURPOSE, PASSIONS and POTENTIAL. The topics my clients address during our 1:1 sessions vary widely – everything from finding their creative voice, improving their professional gravitas, dealing with difficult clients, finding the career of their dreams, to managing the elusive work life balance and more.

The old adage is true. “It’s lonely at the top.” The burden of strategic responsibility often lies uniquely with the senior leader. I’ve spent my fair share of time in the executive hot seat and understand all too well the challenges you deal with week after week. Many executives find that a trusted and confidential partner is an invaluable resource for debating strategic decisions or business planning.
