Executive Coaching for Managers and Business Leaders

Great leadership isn’t about directing or controlling systems, it’s about connecting and empowering. It’s about human engagement and honesty. Today’s greatest leaders value their organisation as a collective of thriving human beings, not well-oiled human machines. They also recognise that their greatest power comes from a corporate culture built with authenticity and passion.

My goal is to help you make the mental, emotional and behavioural shifts necessary to become the kind of confident, effective and inspiring leader you always wanted to follow. The kind of person who can transform systems while remaining aligned with the core values, vision and strategies of the company.

Each coaching relationship is bespoke to the individual’s needs and their organisation’s objectives and may include:

  • Developing your authentic leadership style
  • Designing and articulating your mission
  • Establishing personal presence and impact
  • Effectively managing and motivating teams
  • Higher performance through total integrity
  • Gaining self confidence in decision making
  • Improved ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and thus improve strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Managing transition and change
  • Conflict resolution
  • Harnessing creativity and play to drive innovation
  • Articulating ideas and influencing others
  • Delegation and allowing others greater opportunities for growth and recognition

Team Coaching

Research has demonstrated that collaborating in teams can increase motivation, effort and productivity. Conversely, an unhealthy or unacquainted team can inhibit individual performance, creating inefficiency and frustration. Individual performance is critical but when talented people become a successful team – when they’ve got their MOJO in full flow – the potential for positive change and productivity is mind blowing.

I help a diverse range of teams, at all levels, become high functioning and high performing in the shortest time possible. I do this by helping teams understand the how, what and why of what they do – how they operate, what they do and then the why that is driving their work – raising their collective mind above the daily nitty-gritty. In this way they master the skills, behaviours and ways of thinking that will endure.

Topics covered may include:

  • Identification and ownership of a common purpose and objectives
  • Clarity on goals and roles
  • Quicker and better decision making
  • Commitment to a culture of shared accountability and success
  • Increased collaboration and cooperation within the team and wider organisation
  • Clearer communication across locations and cultures
  • Increased creativity and innovation
  • Trusting and empowering working relationships
  • Personal fulfillment for individuals in the team
